Nashik Municipal Corporation to set up another STP at Gangapur

The Nashik Municipal Corporation (NMC) is planning to construct another sewage treatment plant (STP) at the existing Gangapur STP site at a cost of around Rs 36 crore.

The Nashik Municipal Corporation (NMC) is planning to construct another sewage treatment plant (STP) at the existing Gangapur STP site at a cost of around Rs 36 crore. The proposed STP will have a capacity to treat 20 million liters per day (MLD). The existing STP at was built at a cost of Rs 50 crore, including the land cost, and was made operational last year.
