JUDGING CRITERIA
Entries will be assessed using a balanced scorecard, ensuring fairness and transparency across all themes:
- Innovation (20%) – originality, creativity, and fresh solutions.
- Impact (20%) – measurable improvements (e.g., water saved, communities reached).
- Sustainability (20%) – long-term viability, SDG alignment, low lifecycle footprint.
- Scalability & Replicability (15%) – potential to expand to larger geographies.
- Execution & Implementation (15%) – discipline in delivery and adaptability.
- Stakeholder Engagement (10%) – inclusivity, partnerships, and stakeholder ownership.
SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS
Every submission must provide a compelling, well-documented applicatIion with the following:
Completed application form & organizational / Individual profile.
Executive summary of the project/initiative (max 1500 words).
Evidence of performance: reports, third-party validation (if done), impact metrics.
Technical documentation (for technologies/products).
Before–after Impact Data (KPIs achieved).
Reference/testimonial letters for credibility.
MARKING SYSTEM
Each entry is scored out of 100 points (with a minimum of 60 points required to be shortlisted):
Innovation – 20 points
Impact – 20 points
Sustainability – 20 points
Scalability – 15 points
Execution – 15 points
Engagement – 10 points
JURY COMPOSITION
To ensure credibility and diversity, the jury will include 08-10 eminent experts from below:
