SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS

Every submission must provide a compelling, well-documented applicatIion with the following:

Completed application form & organizational / Individual profile.

Executive summary of the project/initiative (max 1500 words).

Evidence of performance: reports, third-party validation (if done), impact metrics.

Technical documentation (for technologies/products).

Before–after Impact Data (KPIs achieved).

Reference/testimonial letters for credibility.
