Job Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Operations Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should possess strong client and vendor coordination skills, proficiency in Microsoft applications, excellent communication abilities, and a hardworking attitude. This role involves overseeing day-to-day operations to ensure smooth execution and optimal efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Coordination: Act as a point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and ensuring service satisfaction.
- Vendor Management: Coordinate with vendors, negotiate contracts, and maintain productive relationships.
- Operational Planning: Assist in planning and executing operational strategies to meet business objectives.
- Documentation & Reporting: Prepare and maintain reports, records, and operational documentation using Microsoft applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Process Improvement: Identify and suggest improvements in operational processes for increased efficiency.
- Logistics Coordination: Manage logistics and inventory to ensure timely deliveries and smooth operations.
- Team Support: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support overall business functions.
- Problem-Solving: Address operational issues and provide effective solutions in a timely manner.
